Kindbody was incredibly frustrating. Most providers were wonderful, but I had many problems with my egg retrieval, creating tremendous stress even before the added hormones. Although I lived out of state, they initially said they partnered with other hospitals/clinics so I would not need to drive back and forth for ultrasounds. Once I began the process and was ready for an ultrasound, I tried to schedule one and was told the facility no longer worked with Kindbody. I called the office, and they scrambled to find somewhere for the ultrasound, but because it was not a partner and was not covered by insurance, I paid $1,800 out of pocket. Going forward, I had to make a 3.5-hour round trip from Rhode Island to New York. Beyond the cost, this was incredibly stressful because I also worked night shifts. The providers were incredible during my retrieval; however, a follow-up provider called three hours before my scheduled appointment and never called back. The approach initially felt very comprehensive, but afterward it felt as though they had received their money and no longer needed me. Regarding financial transparency, the storage rate doubled from last year to this year. Be very careful and do your research before making such a serious decision about egg retrieval. I will never make this mistake again.

Update: Changed from 2 stars to 1 because the billing department keeps calling me. They harass me for payment, then disappear when I try to respond (at least 8 times?). It turns out they ‘did not apply my payment to the invoice’ and actually owe me nearly $500. Now that it is time for a refund, they have conveniently stopped responding. I am done—avoid at all costs. —————— Believe the positive reviews and believe the negative ones. Pros: 1. Most providers are very kind. You feel supported, and they make you comfortable during a very emotional and vulnerable process. 2. The offices are modern with warm, pleasant decor. They are much calmer than a typical sterile doctor's office. Cons: 1. I met my doctor only once, during the initial meeting. She rushed through a helpful presentation. It contained a lot of data that could help me decide, and when I asked for a copy, she said no. I could not find some of the information she discussed in any of their materials. 2. There is an important PDF detailing my medications. I received it only for my second retrieval, not my first, and thought, ‘This would have helped.’ 3. The online portal is helpful in theory. However, 3 items remain marked ‘to do’ even though I completed all of them. (My process began in April and it is now November.) Things I actually need to do end up nested beneath them. 4. The initial consultation cost $1,300. I was not told about the fee, and they sent an invoice 4 months after the consultation (by then I think I had completed 3 retrievals), so that was a pleasant little surprise. 5. The entire process is highly time-sensitive. Although their turnaround is quick, deadlines were still missed because it took several days to hear from someone. 6. There are two New York offices. Staff even told me retrievals are slower in summer. Yet despite having two offices, I often had only 1 available time slot for mandatory appointments. Once it was 7 a.m., and I had to wake at 3:45 a.m. to arrive on time. I understand fertility cannot be scheduled, but the lack of appointment options is shocking. If your work schedule is strict, this is not the place for you. 7. You must advocate for yourself. I was told an anesthesiologist would contact me, but no one did. Then I was told my nurse would contact me before my period to prepare me, but she never did. I finally asked, ‘My period is approaching—what do I need to do?’ She promised to contact my doctor but apparently forgot. Then my period began, and I had to scramble to start on time. I do not know whether the nurse had too many patients or mine was simply unreliable, but I never felt like a priority. 8. As mentioned, I completed several retrievals in a row. Each time my period came, they acted surprised and rushed to prepare in time. I even warned them that my period comes quickly, but every time was like Groundhog Day. 9. The billing team is a mess. Portal invoices do not match what you are charged. My last retrieval was two months ago, and I am still sorting it out. They claim I owe them money, but according to their invoices and the amounts taken from my account, they actually owe me money. 10. I had to correct several errors involving my insurance and coinsurance, and medication dosage information in my portal conflicted with the pre-procedure PDF they sent.

Kindbody is not kind at all! They are a scam; think twice. They will do everything possible to avoid paying benefits. They promise to call and respond but never do! Avoid them!

My egg-freezing journey at Kindbody was truly special. I felt supported and cared for by all the doctors, nurses, ultrasound technicians, and front desk teams at the 102 5th Avenue and 16 E 40th Street clinics in New York. Thank you all for joining me on this journey; it meant so much to me! Warm regards, Crystal

This location is beautiful, and everyone there is very kind and helpful. It feels very personal and not like a typical doctor's office.
20/02/2025
They did not care about me or my needs at all, only my wallet. Once you begin the process, you are trapped with them. Their answers remain unclear until they send you a bill, where everything is suddenly very clear. Do your research. Go elsewhere. Their staff turnover is extremely high. Every few months, we had to deal with someone new because the people working there do not truly care about their jobs. I do not blame them; their organization is confusing. Imagine the level of care you receive from a group of people who are constantly learning their jobs and do not care about the work.

Although some of the doctors are wonderful—Dr. Seungdamrong is excellent—the office management and coordination need improvement. I had to follow up constantly about appointments, lab work, ultrasounds, and medications. I always had to contact them and remind them where I was in my cycle or treatment. They were never proactive in any way. Their financial office was terrible. I had billing and insurance problems that I ultimately resolved myself because they were incompetent. The best part was the nursing assistants and ultrasound technicians. They were kind and caring and made me feel that they knew me. I cannot say the same for the rest of the practice.
13/02/2025
I would give zero stars if I could. This place is hell on earth. I did not feel safe once during the entire egg-retrieval process. Many times, no one even asked my name and date of birth for lab work, ultrasounds, and other procedures. I found an incorrect date of birth for me on the ultrasound machine. Staff communication was inconsistent, and education and support were lacking. I discovered that my trigger-shot instructions were incorrect and called the 24-hour hotline. The simple egg-retrieval process was so disorganized and chaotic that I was terrified of being placed under anesthesia. Do not go here. I transferred the retrieved eggs to a reputable facility to create embryos. I do not trust Kindbody.
10/07/2025
I do not understand how they obtained their rating. They do not care about you and are difficult to work with. Other agencies and industry professionals know how bad they are; ask around. Remember, this is not a minor matter. You will not visit once or stay for only a few weeks—you will be stuck with them for a long time.
04/06/2025
Run! I have never encountered such an unprofessional, disorganized, and thoroughly irresponsible medical team. From extremely chaotic billing and administration to irresponsible, high-risk procedures, stay away.
14/03/2025
I cannot speak highly enough of my Kindbody experience! Although most appointments were at Flatiron, I went to Bryant Park for retrieval. I felt supported and cared for throughout. Every doctor, nurse, and staff member I met was genuinely warm and kind, which made a major difference during an overwhelming process—special thanks to Dr. Lipkin and Annalise. Everyone communicated well, answered questions proactively, and ensured I had the information and support I needed. I have no personal comparison, but several friends recently froze eggs and I watched many TikToks; I truly feel my Kindbody experience was the best!

I do not recommend Kindbody. In my experience, they care only about money, not patients. Be very cautious and understand everything thoroughly before choosing them. They have many hidden fees, and new charges seem to appear every week without ever having been clearly explained. Even when they tell you that you have insurance coverage, bills arrive later. This lack of transparency is extremely frustrating. Worse, these completely unnecessary pressures occur during the deeply personal and emotional process of trying to conceive. The journey is already stressful enough without surprise bills and financial confusion. Their accounts and billing team is especially poor. They tell you that you are insured and everything is covered, then reverse course and charge you anyway. It leaves you confused, frustrated, and exhausted. If you value clear communication, empathy, and honest billing, I strongly recommend choosing another provider. No one should face this pressure during such a sensitive time.

I had a poor experience at Kindbody and do not recommend it. I felt like a number on an assembly line, nearly every appointment was handled by an RN, I was overstimulated, and recovery was difficult. Kindbody later outsourced billing. I planned to use my eggs within a few months, but they charged a full year of storage. The third party said I would receive a prorated refund after using the eggs, but Kindbody refused to honor that commitment. Follow-up went nowhere. I am sharing my experience to help others decide. This happened several years ago, so perhaps they have improved, though other patient reviews suggest otherwise. Some services were convenient, including the user-friendly portal, nurse messaging, and modern offices. But quality of care matters most.

Convenient clinic if you are young with no form of complications and a very easy and simple fertility case. Definitely not equipped to handle anyone outside that description - not real doctors. This is a typical private equity machine akin to a med spa. Complete rip off - go to a real fertility doctor if you want actual results.

The Kindbody staff at Bryant Park and Flatiron are amazing! They were very attentive and made what could have been a stressful experience easy and pleasant. I always felt reassured knowing I was well cared for at every step. I highly recommend the Kindbody team in New York to anyone on a fertility journey!

My husband and I decided to seek care elsewhere. For months, Kindbody could not tell us the cost of the overall process or frozen embryos—and when they finally responded, they simply referred us to someone else. They scheduled testing for my husband but could not tell us in advance what the tests involved. I agree with another reviewer that the departments do not communicate. Getting answers was extremely difficult and time-consuming. My in-clinic testing and blood draws were fine, but the follow-up communication was terrible. We did not trust them enough to place our embryos in their care—they even told me they had mistakenly sent my medical records to another patient. This organization is extremely disorganized. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them.

I recently went through egg freezing at Kindbody. Although there were some positives, overall the experience left me feeling overwhelmed. I want to share my honest experience because this is a deeply personal process, and I believe everyone deserves the right information to choose the clinic that best suits them. I gave 3 stars because everyone was kind, and I am grateful to have gone through and completed the process, but my experience was very bare-bones. I chose Kindbody because they work with my insurance and it was fully covered. If your insurance covers the service, I think it is worth considering. However, if you are paying out of pocket, I would hesitate to recommend them. Their costs may be lower than some other clinics, but the service does not feel tailored to the personal experience this process requires. It lacks a personal touch. Pros: The on-site care team, including the nurses, was lovely. They were friendly and professional, which helped ease my anxiety during examinations and throughout the process. When I became frightened, they agreed to give me my morning injections. Areas for improvement: Impersonal care: A major issue for me was the lack of personal care. My entire care team was virtual, and I only saw the doctor twice: once virtually before starting care and briefly after my first check-in. All communication was through portal messages, including sensitive updates such as being at risk of overstimulation, which felt distant and impersonal. During a process as emotionally and physically demanding as egg freezing, I expected more proactive communication and emotional support. Injection support: Although online resources with instructional videos were available, I found giving myself injections extremely stressful. I had to ask several times to meet a nurse in person for help with injections, and when it finally happened, it felt like an afterthought. Offering in-person help, or at least having a nurse check in and assist when needed, would be a major improvement. I had to figure most things out myself, adding unnecessary stress. During some virtual injection support, the nurses also used medical terms that an average person would not know. Again, it felt impersonal. Communication after retrieval: Communication essentially stopped after the retrieval. There were no clear instructions on what to do with excess medication or how to dispose of needles safely. My assigned nurse never followed up, and I had to wait for a member of the medical team to answer my questions. It felt as though my case was effectively closed once the retrieval was complete, with no additional guidance or support. Egg retrieval and immature eggs: One of the more disappointing aspects was how my immature eggs were handled. I was told that five eggs were not mature enough and had been discarded. I know other clinics my friends attended sometimes try culturing borderline eggs overnight to see whether they mature, but Kindbody did not do this or even discuss it with me. To be fair, I did not ask until they told me my egg count was five lower because five were immature. After asking and being told someone would get back to me two days ago, I still have not received a response. Conclusion: Kindbody provides the minimum level of fertility care. If your insurance covers it, I would consider it, especially if your case is straightforward, but I would not recommend it to anyone paying out of pocket. The lack of personal contact, limited communication, and generally impersonal experience made an already challenging process more stressful. Women undergoing fertility treatment deserve more emotional and practical support than Kindbody currently provides.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience at KindBody. I was anxious about going through the process, but I am so glad I did it and followed through! The nurses, doctors, and staff guided me at every step. I was very nervous about many parts of the process, especially the injections and egg retrieval, but KindBody had plenty of clear resources that put me at ease throughout. My only feedback is that there was some confusion around appointments, billing, and their genetic testing partner, Natera, but I hope these issues will resolve over time. What mattered was that I felt safe and confident in my treatment plan, and I did. Thank you to the KindBody staff for guiding me through this journey!

I cannot say enough good things about the Kindbody staff! Both New York locations are wonderful. Everyone was so warm and welcoming and made me feel very comfortable throughout my journey. I highly recommend Kindbody!

We had an incredible journey with Kindbody. They not only supported us through an ectopic pregnancy but ultimately helped us conceive and welcome a beautiful baby girl. The staff was very kind and caring. We always felt supported and cared for and never judged. Highly recommend KB!

One of the worst medical experiences, especially since it's such long term process. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I really don't wanna stay with them but I'm pretty much trapped. Do your research. They don't care about me and only about my credit card

I was diagnosed with diminished ovarian reserve. In each cycle, we could stimulate only one follicle, meaning one egg. Therefore, it was essential for us to find a clinic that would not cancel our cycles because of a low follicle count. Before coming to Kindbody, we went to another highly rated clinic. Unfortunately, because I had only one follicle each time, the doctor repeatedly canceled our cycles. Worse, they never adjusted the medication or dosage—they simply repeated the same protocol and hoped for a different result. After the second canceled cycle, they told us we should consider donor eggs. I began to feel like nothing more than a number—a dollar sign. It was devastating. But Kindbody was different from day one. The staff genuinely cared about us. You are not treated like a statistic or a case file. People know you. Everyone remembers your name. Their support is genuine and personalized. My primary doctor at Kindbody, Dr. Cohen, listened carefully to us. We were very candid from the beginning—I told her that my body typically produced only one viable follicle. She told us clearly and confidently that as long as the follicle grew normally and my estrogen level rose appropriately, she would not cancel the cycle. That was it. She tailored the treatment plan to me and adjusted the dosage whenever something was not right. We ultimately completed several cycles, retrieving one egg in each. That was enough. When it was time for the transfer, my body began having problems. Rather than pushing ahead or giving up, Dr. Cohen paused treatment and monitored me closely. She waited until my body was truly ready, then timed the transfer perfectly. All I can say is that Kindbody is unlike other clinics. They never make you feel that something is wrong with you. Their compassion, patience, and dedication are unmatched. The nurses and staff—everyone—cheers you on. It took us more than a year to reach this point. Today, I am 13 weeks pregnant. Without Kindbody, we would not be here. After everything we had been through, I honestly did not think I had the courage to try again. But Kindbody supported me through that year, ultimately helping a new life begin. Thank you. Thank you for everything. You helped us build our family. You made the impossible possible. You are miracle workers. I will always be grateful—not only for everything you did for us, but for everything you do for every woman who walks through your doors hoping for success. Infertility is one of the most difficult journeys anyone can experience. But your care, attitude, and approach make it a little easier to bear. For that, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
10/07/2025
Do yourself a favor and avoid them. Search Google. There are many warning signs. Many people in the field have told me they are terrible as well. They care only about your money, not you or your family. They do poor work.

Run! I have never encountered such an unprofessional, disorganized, and thoroughly irresponsible medical team. From extremely chaotic billing and administration to irresponsible, high-risk procedures performed with almost no review of the medical record, do not come here. There are much better fertility clinics available.

I truly do not know where to begin. No matter how prepared you think you are, in vitro fertilization (IVF) is a stressful, heartbreaking, and demanding process. The New York Kindbody team at both the Flatiron and Bryant Park locations was exceptionally kind, compassionate, and genuine. Throughout the process, I felt completely supported, as though I had a personal cheerleading team beside me through every high and low—and believe me, there were many! Dr. Seungdamrong is an absolute genius. She is not only deeply knowledgeable but also calm, kind, and empathetic, making you feel both well informed and reassured. She guided us through the entire process, helped us understand our options, and supported us in making informed decisions during a confusing and unpredictable experience. She and her team played an essential role in helping my husband and me bring our son into the world, and we cannot thank them enough! The decision to pursue IVF is not one to take lightly, but the Kindbody team supported me completely throughout.

I am almost 30, and the thought of starting a family has always made me anxious. Over the past year and a half, I have had two fertility consultations at KindBody. Today's consultation focused mainly on egg freezing. The moment I entered the office, I felt completely at ease. From the front desk and ultrasound technician to the nurse who drew my blood and the nurse practitioner who carefully reviewed my information while answering my 2397248261 questions, everyone went above and beyond to guide and reassure me, and even made it fun (including custom Nike shoes!). I will continue to highly recommend KindBody to other women in similar situations and look forward to working with them going forward.
31/07/2025
The Kindbody Flatiron clinic is beautiful and peaceful, with a very kind team. From the moment I entered, I felt warmly welcomed and supported. Everyone, from the front desk to the clinical staff, was warm, professional, and understanding of the emotional impact of fertility and health care. The clinic itself feels warm and comfortable, making what could be a daunting visit relaxing and positive.
16/08/2025
I cannot speak highly enough of the Kindbody team in New York's Flatiron District. The front desk team is always welcoming, attentive, and helpful. Lissette and Everlynd are excellent nurses/sonographers. They are attentive and helpful, always make me feel comfortable, and are always willing to listen. Great team!! Thank you so much, Krystle

Just finished my first egg retrieval! Overall a great experience with Kindbody. Clean facilities, doctors were responsive via the portal, and the medication instructions & pricing were very clear & transparent. I did have a few billing issues which were sorted out after I sent some inquiries -- but that is in no part reflective of the great care that I received from the doctors, medical team and ppl on-site. Thank you Kindbody for making fertility not so scary... and for giving me a choice over my body.
18/09/2025
I went to the Flat Iron clinic and met Abby Fernandez. She was warm, knowledgeable, very helpful, and supportive. I highly recommend her.
04/10/2025
KindBody's billing practices are completely negligent and unethical. Do not come to this clinic. They take advantage of vulnerable women, pressuring them to commit to treatment and pay quickly. Once your prepaid treatment is complete, they try to charge you again because their billing department fails to apply your prepayment to the services provided. They tried to charge me over $1,000 more when they actually owed me over $600. When they audited my account—after ignoring my portal messages for months and forcing me to call to request it—they discovered this and locked the account. Believe all the one-star reviews. I wish I had...
31/10/2025
Beware of predatory billing! Their billing practices are practically criminal. They target women when they are most vulnerable. You cannot reach anyone in billing, question their decisions, or get an explanation. The industry standard for embryo testing is to prepay for up to 10 embryos and receive a refund for unused testing. They did not tell me until the middle of my cycle that they issue no refunds—what can you do at that point? This should be prohibited. They blamed the lab, but when I asked to use another lab, they refused. They also refused to identify the lab so I could call and negotiate directly. They still have not provided a lab invoice as evidence. This is a complete scam. Stay away!
18/12/2025
I hate to give this review but their billing department is completely awful. Their nurses, doctors and techs are amazing - 5 stars. But similar to others.. i would go elsewhere unless you want to spend months (yes months) dealing with their awful payment team!!

I do not recommend Kindbody. In my experience, they do not care about patients, only money. Be very cautious and make sure you understand everything before choosing them. There are many hidden fees, and it seems that a new charge appears every week without having been clearly disclosed beforehand. Even if they tell you that you have insurance coverage, bills still arrive later. This lack of transparency is extremely frustrating. Worse, while going through such a personal and emotional fertility journey, you must also endure this completely unnecessary stress. Trying to conceive is already stressful enough without unexpected bills and financial confusion. Their accounts and billing team is especially poor. They tell you that you are covered and everything is included, then reverse course and charge you anyway. It leaves you confused, frustrated, and exhausted. If you value clear communication, compassion, and honest billing, I strongly recommend choosing another provider. No one should have to endure this kind of stress during such a sensitive time.

Do not be misled by the polished website and attractive offices. Like many fertility clinics, this practice is made up of departments that do not communicate with one another and prioritize administrative efficiency over patient-centered care. At my initial consultation, they told me they would submit prior authorization once my lab results and follicle count were available. Instead, they refused and delayed for three weeks because "many insurance plans change in the new year." I could provide proof that my plan was not changing and that my benefits would not be affected by the new year. They then claimed, "Aetna does not allow us to submit until January," which was simply untrue. After repeated follow-up, they finally admitted, "This is actually our internal policy. We generally need to reverify benefits before prior authorization, so we do not submit in December." Then do not present yourselves as a patient-centered, high-standard clinic while applying general insurance assumptions over a patient's actual circumstances. I understand that many people have plan changes on January 1, but I had documentation showing that this did not apply to me. Their response was essentially that policy is policy and they were unconcerned that my cycle would be delayed by a month or two. We needed to submit two prior authorizations, and they cared only about saving time and following their own policy, not speed or the patient's specific needs. What a "wonderful" start!
26/12/2025
This review concerns their billing department. I had testing in 2023 and did not undergo any procedures because of the mixed reviews. It is now December 2025, and I have only just received new bills. They need to get organized—it is a complete mess. I would not entrust them with your body, fertility, or finances.
20/01/2026
To be clear, this review is not about the staff or the care I received. The service itself went smoothly, and everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and helpful. My one-star rating is entirely because of what happened afterward. Nearly a year later, I began repeatedly receiving texts and emails claiming I owed money for services I had already paid for in full. I checked my records, confirmed payment, and contacted Kindbody. They said it was a system error and assured me the notifications would stop. They did not. Over the past several months, despite repeated follow-ups and repeated assurances that the issue was resolved, I have received at least 20 additional payment notices—without exaggeration. I tried again to resolve it last week, yet today alone I received three more messages. At this point, the experience feels careless at best and suspicious at worst. It has been frustrating, time-consuming, and deeply disappointing. Because of these ongoing billing problems, I can no longer recommend Kindbody.

I am deeply disappointed by this clinic’s misleading marketing and billing. It advertises a service at a price that is not actually available. This bait-and-switch practice is troubling, especially in women’s healthcare, where trust and transparency are essential.
11/04/2026
Run! Do not use this company. Tell your employer to stop offering this company as an employee benefit.
05/04/2026
The service was very attentive, and the appointment process was comprehensive and thorough. We left with many of our questions answered, and the staff were all warm and friendly. Definitely recommended.

I called this company to discuss my friend's situation, and they said they would arrange an online consultation. I missed it because of a death in my family. A week later, I continued to receive bills. I never spoke with or met anyone. They did not even tell me whether missing a scheduled consultation would incur additional fees. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I found another company that does not charge if you do not meet or speak with anyone. Keep in mind that this company already had my insurance information. Again, this inquiry was for a friend, not for me. Compare your options carefully before choosing this company.

I had a terrible experience at this place. Two years passed between my first contact with them and finally getting an insemination. I had many pointless “fertility planning” meetings and met with a nutritionist who wanted me to take about 26 different supplements. I kept calling, but their lines were always busy and they never called me back. Then, after misleading me for more than a year, they told me they did not even perform inseminations at the Princeton location and I would have to travel to New York! Just as I was about to start with another clinic, they received an insemination license for the Princeton location, and I made the mistake of returning. When they first tested my fertility, they told me everything was fine. Looking back at my results now, I realize they were not actually that good. Since so much time had passed by the time they finally inseminated me, they should have retested me, but they did not. During my fertility treatment, they communicated through the portal using jargon I did not understand. They “batched” me by putting me on birth control, which is common for IVF but not standard practice for IUI. All four IUIs they performed failed. After every failure, I had to look at an extremely insensitive sign in their examination room saying, “Congratulations on your pregnancy! Now post about us on social media!” After my fourth failed IUI, they recommended IVF. At that point, I decided to go to another clinic—one that actually communicated with me, completed things promptly, and provided the compassionate, high-quality care that UnKindbody could not. I recommend not wasting your time or money here and going to RMA instead.

Starting the search for a fertility doctor is scary and can be overwhelming, but if you do one thing, choose Kindbody Princeton—you will not be disappointed. I rarely write reviews unless someone is exceptional, and Kindbody is. I am a healthcare professional, and I hate going to the doctor. Entering this field, I feared blood draws, ultrasounds, medication, and everything infertility requires. When I walked into Kindbody, I immediately felt comfortable, safe, and at home. They know your name, remember you each day, and genuinely care about their patients. First, you meet Kiana for blood draws. I remember being terrified during my first one, but she simply talked to me normally throughout it, and suddenly it was not scary at all. She brings a fun atmosphere to the clinic and usually plays great music. Next, you meet Dana, the ultrasound technician. Dana is such a sweetheart. She makes the entire process feel normal and always answers my millions of questions. You can see how excited she is about everything she sees. Whether it was a group of large follicles or, eventually, my baby, she was genuinely excited for me and made me feel so special, which truly helped me stay positive throughout the process. Angelica is the nurse, and she is wonderful too. She always responds very quickly through the portal and stays on top of everything. She gives very clear instructions and always replies immediately, no matter how small the question. Dr. Cohen is also wonderful! She is easygoing, which made me comfortable. She gave me time to ask questions and answered them fully. After speaking with many friends who visited other fertility clinics, I truly appreciate her. She actually listened to my concerns, thoughts, and opinions and gave me a voice in my treatment instead of simply following a standard corporate protocol, as some of my friends experienced elsewhere. Finally, Taylor was the new receptionist near the end of my treatment, and she was wonderful too! There is also a man in the downstairs lab whom I did not see often, but my husband did, and he was wonderful too! A shout-out to him as well!! I highly recommend this clinic to everyone, especially if larger offices feel overwhelming and you want to be treated as a name and a face, not just a number.

The women at Kindbody Princeton are absolutely lovely! They can turn an overwhelming clinical experience into something pleasant. Truly talented, warm, and amazing people.

This is the best reproductive endocrinology office! At every visit, I remind myself how fortunate I was to choose this office. It is lovely, clean, and has a cheerful atmosphere. It is also in downtown Princeton, so even the drive there is scenic! The team is always warm and friendly, which I find very rare in medicine. Dana and Anjelica are especially wonderful, and I have never been treated as “just another patient.” They genuinely care about me and what I am going through. They supported me through every low and celebrated every milestone with me. I do not know whether I could have remained so strong and made it through everything without their support. My journey to conceive naturally while treating PCOS took nearly a year. I was always treated with respect and never pressured into any treatment I did not want. Dr. Cohen always provided plenty of information and gave me all my options but never made me feel that I had done something wrong or made the wrong decision. Even during the hardest times, I never felt hopeless or alone. I am so grateful for everyone on this team! This is a chapter of my life I will never forget, and I cannot wait for them to meet my baby!

I had been waiting a long time to become pregnant. The Kindbody team helped make my dream come true. Excellent teamwork and a treatment plan made it possible. The team stayed with us throughout, explained everything, and made the experience as warm and easy as possible. Everyone was highly professional, helpful, and thoughtful. Dr. Cohen, Dana, Kiana, and the rest of the team were very compassionate and supported our family through multiple IUI and IVF cycles. I gave birth in December 2024, and I am incredibly grateful to the Kindbody team for making my dream come true.

I have been discussing my menopause symptoms with doctors for a long time. I have been told that I am crazy, depressed, anxious, ridiculous, and more. Today was the first time a doctor made me feel heard. She gave me not only a plan but also hope. I have been missing that for a long time. Thank you!

Zero stars!!! Stay away from KINDBODY unless you want to waste valuable time and money. Update coming soon!!!

This company cares only about money and communicates poorly. I have already changed doctors twice!!!! Their “invoices” arrive months after the actual due date, so every bill appears overdue/unpaid. Communication is so terrible that I broke down crying on the phone. The only reason I kept returning was the nurses' kind tone. I just want a baby without the added stress of having no payment plan and needing to open a credit card. I came only because my employer benefit was supposed to help financially, but now I have five separate invoices for 3200/800/1300/25/50, all due at once. I already feel like a failure, and this company makes me feel worse.

I had high hopes for our experience with Kind Body, but unfortunately, I was disappointed by the lack of organization and communication. Having previously received medical services through government and state programs, I expected a more seamless and professional experience. However, I encountered several issues, such as incorrect office hours that were acknowledged but not addressed, and a phone number provided to my wife that led to a call center in New York City, rather than the Princeton office. This made the experience feel impersonal and frustrating. Also, to add insult to injury, we were given another number that did nothing. We will be seeking reproductive services elsewhere, as we believe it’s important to receive care from a more established and professional provider.
19/03/2025
Unprofessional, lazy, and unhelpful. My husband and I had a consultation in January, but I just received a bill in March marked “past due.” The consultation felt like pressure to undergo a procedure I was uncomfortable with. When I said no, they accepted it and apparently followed up on nothing. We were told the Princeton office was open every Saturday, which their website and Google confirmed. When we arrived Saturday to collect a semen analysis cup, it was closed and no one answered the phone. The next day, I called a New York City call center that said it shared a number with Princeton and could not connect me directly. I collected the cup that day and was told to return it within 2 hours after providing the sample. My husband returned it promptly today, but they refused it without an appointment. No one told us an appointment was required. When I called, I was placed on hold for 10 minutes and the person never returned. When I picked up the now-useless cup, I was also given a Princeton “direct” number. When I told them about our Saturday drive to a closed office, they admitted their hours were wrong but offered no solution or concern for my time. This review is already long, but I could describe much more unprofessional conduct. We will never use them again and warn others to choose a company that cares about the process, not just their wallet.

My wife and I are very grateful to the entire Kindbody team. They always made us feel comfortable and welcomed us warmly at every visit, making our frequent appointments much easier. They patiently answered all our questions and helped us greatly throughout the process. They were patient, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Our wonderful son will soon enter the world. If we decide to have another child, we will definitely choose Kindbody again.

I highly recommend Kindbody to anyone hoping to grow their family! Dana, Anjelica, Dr. Cohen, and all the wonderful staff made my partner and me feel like family from day one. The quality of their service is unmatched. They made every step easy and convenient, and we are very grateful we chose them for our fertility journey!
12/07/2025
Dana and all the other staff were very friendly. Dana made my entire experience comfortable from the beginning. Thank you!

Honestly, we initially chose Kindbody because they were contracted with us. We were in New Jersey, so we first visited the New York office, but eventually transferred to Princeton—and it proved to be one of the best decisions we ever made. The Princeton office is warm, welcoming, and inviting, but the exceptional staff truly set it apart. From Dr. Cohen to nurse Anjelica and ultrasound technician Dana, every team member treated us with care, respect, and sincerity. Dr. Cohen was direct and responsive. Anjelica acted quickly and was very attentive. Dana worked magic with the ultrasound wand and put us at ease during every visit. As a nurse and pharmacist, we understand how easily healthcare can feel like a business. This team never made us feel like just a number. They were honest and responsive and made us feel like family throughout the process. We are delighted to share that we are now 36 weeks pregnant and going strong! The Kindbody Princeton team played such a major role in our journey that we even wished we did not have to “graduate” to an OB-GYN—that is how close our bond became. If you are considering Kindbody Princeton as a couple, go for it. You will not regret it. One note: the corporate billing department was the only drawback. It felt impersonal, and getting clear answers required effort. Unfortunately, they did not make the process or communication smoother. To be clear, however, this does not reflect on our excellent clinical team. The care you receive in Princeton is truly unique. To the entire Kindbody Princeton team: thank you for helping us build our family and making us feel part of yours.

The environment is very clean and welcoming. The nurses are very friendly! They made my wife and me feel completely comfortable during our most private moments. Anyone seeking these services need look no further—truly excellent!

The nurses at KindBody Princeton are angels. Throughout such a heartbreaking and stressful process, they remained kind, gentle, and encouraging. They treated me with great dignity and compassion—I truly felt cared for, not merely treated. Highly recommended!

My husband and I are incredibly grateful to the KindBody Princeton team! Everyone we met was compassionate, kind, professional, and welcoming. Gloria and Gwen were at the heart of our experience; their calm, warm manner reassured us at every step. They were knowledgeable, supportive, responsive, and helpful. We will never forget Heather's efforts to arrange everything for our embryo transfer. She even worked late and escalated issues—she is a true patient advocate! It was always a pleasure to see Dana and Priscilla. They made treatment enjoyable, provided excellent care, and were skilled, thoughtful, and professional. Densene at reception enthusiastically sent our records to our OB-GYN and always greeted us with a smile. Carly on the administrative team was warm and friendly from the start and kept everything organized and clear. Nurse practitioner Abbey, who checked our embryos, was knowledgeable and happy to answer questions. Finally, Dr. Cohen and Dr. Seungdamrong patiently explained everything, answered every question, and helped ensure a successful embryo transfer. We will always be grateful for everything they do for patients. Thank you, KindBody and the entire team. We are sad to graduate but look forward to sharing updates and seeing you again! Highly recommend this clinic.

We are so glad we found Kindbody. I would recommend them to anyone trying to conceive. They are compassionate, and everyone on the team understands what patients experience physically and emotionally. Kindbody helped us fulfill our dream of becoming parents, and we welcomed our second child this April. We sincerely thank Kindbody!

The Princeton team and clinic are first-rate! This was the only medical experience in my life that exceeded expectations. The entire team always remembered me, shared the highs and lows of my difficult journey, consistently gave me the facts, and most importantly, stood beside me and witnessed my tears of joy when the ultrasound confirmed that I was officially pregnant. Words cannot describe how exceptional the staff is. Dr. Cohen in particular changed my perspective and showed me that truly good doctors exist. I had previously received poor medical advice that nearly cost me my fertility, and Kindbody completely changed my life. Thank you.

I was extremely disappointed with this facility and my visit with Dr. Cohen. From the start, the appointment felt rushed and impersonal. She was late, and the visit lasted less than 20 minutes. Despite the short appointment, I was billed for an hour, which felt very unfair given how little was discussed. More importantly, I felt completely unheard. My concerns were dismissed, and the doctor seemed judgmental rather than compassionate—especially painful in such a vulnerable and emotional area of healthcare. I received no meaningful guidance, support, or next steps and left feeling completely discouraged. Fertility care requires empathy, patience, and collaboration. Unfortunately, this experience lacked all three. I left the clinic in tears and would not recommend this facility to anyone seeking understanding or supportive fertility care.

Today I graduated from Kindbody, which means I am officially pregnant—all thanks to an amazing team! I began my IVF journey at Kindbody in March, and today we finally achieved our dream of starting a family. I want to sincerely thank the outstanding team who supported me throughout: - Dana, sonographer**—She is wonderful and lovely. She was kind at every appointment and patiently answered all my questions. Love you, Dana! You are amazing! 🥰 - Anjelica—my rock!** I am not exaggerating when I call her my rock. She stayed by my side throughout and attended to every detail. She is thoughtful, honest, and meticulous. Love you too, sweetheart! 😘 - Kiana, laboratory technician**—She was always funny, cheerful, and wished me luck every time. 😍 - Charity and Kevin**, the first “babysitters” of our frozen embryos, along with the wonderful embryology team. They were very careful, called promptly with updates at every step, and were meticulous on transfer day because we decided to transfer without knowing the sex. Last but certainly not least: - Our dear Dr. Cohen!** 🙌🏼🙏🏻🤍💪🏻 I will always be grateful to her! She knew exactly what my body needed and which protocol to use, and it worked on the first attempt. Everyone's situation differs and some people need several attempts, but from the beginning we felt in our hearts that this would work. She was candid and meticulous at every step and always gave the right advice. At my first appointment, I asked more than 50 questions, and she answered every one. From my first day with her, everything felt right. Today we screamed with excitement—we are officially pregnant!!! None of this would have been possible without our amazing team. Sincere thanks to everyone! We will return for a frozen embryo transfer for future siblings 🥰 On my last day, I only took a photo with Dana and Anjelica. Update: It has been exactly one year since we graduated from Kindbody, and I can say without exaggeration that it was the best IVF treatment we could have received. Choosing Kindbody was one of the best decisions of our journey. Today we are thrilled and grateful to announce that we will return to Kindbody for another frozen embryo transfer. Our little girl from our frozen embryo is now 8 months old—healthy, happy, and beautiful. I included a photo of our beautiful Lovelynn in my previous update. She is our miracle, and we feel incredibly fortunate and forever grateful to the Kindbody team for making our dream come true. Thank you again, Kindbody, for changing our lives and helping us build our family. 💖✨

Words cannot express my gratitude to Dr. Cohen or how positive my experience was at Kindbody Princeton. The fertility journey can feel overwhelming, isolating, and exhausting, but Dr. Cohen and her team remain beside you throughout, helping you feel reassured and informed. The results speak for themselves, and I am overjoyed with the positive outcome I achieved at this clinic.

I recently visited the Princeton clinic and had a wonderful experience. I felt comfortable from beginning to end. Priscilla, who drew my blood, is one of the gentlest and most thoughtful healthcare professionals I have ever met. She made me feel completely relaxed and cared for throughout the process. The physician assistant was also very gentle and thoughtful. Beginning a fertility journey can feel overwhelming, but the entire team made me feel reassured and supported at every step. If you are still unsure whether to begin your fertility journey, I highly recommend this clinic. You will receive excellent care!

If you are considering assisted reproduction or are only beginning to explore it, I strongly recommend scheduling an appointment at KindBody Princeton. It was unquestionably one of the wisest personal and medical decisions my husband and I have made, and as the title says, we are now 14 weeks pregnant. Two things are essential in fertility treatment: 1) how supported you feel during appointments and during the “quiet” periods between them; and 2) the outcome, which matters deeply to each of us because we invest precious time, money, and energy. For most people, this is already the final stop in a long and confusing journey to have a child. I came to KindBody exhausted, desperate, and helpless. They not only cared for me but helped my husband and me achieve our dream. At many clinics, you receive only one of two things: results without feeling respected, or care and support with disappointing results. Receiving both in such a convenient location felt miraculous. We thank God every day for leading us to the best physician. Special thanks to Dr. Cohen, physician assistant Gabi, nurse Gwen, and Priscilla, as well as the outstanding embryology team. They completely changed my standards for and perspective on healthcare. As a clinician, I had become detached and skeptical about the healthcare system. Both at work and as a patient, I felt physically and emotionally exhausted. They restored my faith that excellent outcomes are possible when the right physicians receive the time, energy, and resources they need. I also thank the finance and billing departments for working diligently to resolve a small billing error early in my pregnancy, when I was very anxious. Dr. Cohen tailored my treatment plan to my individual circumstances, respected my schedule and concerns, and gently guided me when she believed a particular option would produce the best result. Trusting her completely was one of the best decisions I have made, and before joining KindBody, that was difficult for me. If my husband and I need medical help again, we will return without hesitation. We will also proudly recommend KindBody to all our friends and neighbors. Thank you!

Starting IVF for the first time felt overwhelming with so many choices and tests, but the Princeton team made everything much easier. They were warm, friendly, and very supportive. I completed two IVF cycles and am now pregnant! I was especially nervous when my doctor changed before the second cycle, but Dr. Gabby was wonderful. They made the transition seamless, and I felt completely confident in their care. If I could give phlebotomist Priscilla 10 stars, I would! She is one of the gentlest people I have met. She was very helpful and made blood draws quick and easy. The only minor drawback was occasional scheduling problems through the portal, such as last-minute appointment changes without advance notice beyond a text message. This seemed to be an administrative issue. Everyone at Princeton was outstanding, and I am very grateful for their care. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Working with Krista has shown me how important nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle are when navigating menopause and maintaining a healthy way of life. Since I started following her recommendations, I feel better able to make good choices, rely less on processed food, and treat my body with greater care and confidence as I age. We share information, connected immediately, and working with her has been a pleasure that continues to motivate me to improve. I am so glad I met her.

I genuinely believe the doctors and nurses here are competent. However, dealing with Kindbody has been a never-ending nightmare, and I deeply regret working with them. A few years ago, my sister underwent three egg retrievals for my partner and me. Medically, everything went smoothly, and we were pleased with the results. But this company’s handling of logistics is absolutely terrible. We were always given information at the last minute. There were far too many avoidable delays throughout the process. Whenever I needed to ask a question, it felt like pulling teeth, and there was no single person coordinating everything. I always had to call and explain complicated issues to different people. They almost never took notes. I once offered to buy them a notebook so they could write things down—and they laughed at me, even though I was not joking. They referred my partner and my sister to two different genetic testing clinics, then made me fight to be reimbursed for repeat testing caused by their own mistake. I could write pages about similar experiences. All of this happened a few years ago. At the time, I managed to suppress my anger and did not write this review because I just wanted to put it all behind me. But years later, I now have to transfer the eggs to another clinic for an embryo transfer, because I will never work with this company again, and they are making it just as difficult to leave as it was to begin. This week, I called with a simple question: “Where are my eggs now, and whom should I contact so my transport team can pick them up?” Apparently, this was difficult for them to answer. Three days later, someone finally called back and told me I needed to schedule an appointment with another department two months from now to get this information. I asked for direct contact information for someone I could follow up with to move things along, but they could not provide anything. Nothing is straightforward, and I am exhausted just thinking about the effort it will take over the next few weeks or months to retrieve my eggs from this company. I feel a little bad giving one star because I do think the doctors we dealt with were good. The company’s employees are also pleasant, but there is absolutely no communication between departments or individuals. Everything feels as though it disappears into a vacuum. The entire corporate structure surrounding the medical team is one of the most incompetent and irresponsible systems I have ever encountered. I paid so much money to be treated this way. The fertility journey is stressful and emotionally exhausting even when you receive excellent care. I wish I could go back and tell myself to do more research before choosing a clinic. I have found a new clinic for the embryo transfer, and it quickly confirmed what I had suspected all along: it does not have to be this difficult.
