I completed a two-week clinical observership with Dr. Sharara, an invaluable experience. He is compassionate, approachable, and deeply dedicated to patients. He remembers each patient, story, and concern and tailors treatment with genuine care. Watching him showed me the power of combining clinical excellence with humanity. I am grateful to learn from him and strongly recommend him as a clinician, mentor, and role model. Embryologists Ania and Hanin are excellent teachers, highly skilled and genuinely caring. Nurses Jess and Jill are also outstanding. They enthusiastically educate patients, pay extraordinary attention to detail, and answer every question patiently and kindly. Their humor and optimism brighten each day. Front desk team Trech, Magie, and Lina create a warm atmosphere daily. Trech especially keeps everything organized and is a master of finances and coordination. I am sincerely grateful to have learned so much from this exceptional team.

VCRM was an incredible blessing. The entire team was wonderful and like family. Dr. Sharara is the best fertility doctor. He never gave up on our very difficult case, even after three IVF cycles and another failed attempt at other clinics. He persisted until we conceived. Our son was born earlier this month, and we are overjoyed. Words cannot express our gratitude to VCRM for making our dream of parenthood come true.

I visited on several recommendations but was deeply disappointed. I paid $350 for a consultation expecting discussion and answers. Dr. Sharara handed me a printout and refused to answer questions, merely pointing at the paper. A visit expected to last about an hour took roughly 10 minutes. I left feeling ignored, disrespected, and that money mattered more than care. The stress and sadness overwhelmed me, and I fainted during the subsequent ultrasound. When I explained my feelings, nurses said “there is nothing they can do” and told me not to vomit in the room instead of supporting me. At a vulnerable moment, I felt completely disregarded. I rarely write reviews like this, but others should know what they may encounter. Consider your options carefully before choosing this clinic; I would not wish my experience on anyone.

We had an excellent experience with Dr. Sharara at VCRM. After nearly a year TTC, my husband and I sought basic fertility testing. Dr. Sharara immediately offered diet and lifestyle recommendations, which we followed while awaiting results. We appreciated that he did not rush us into IUI or IVF but allowed several months for supplements, diet, and lifestyle changes—and they worked remarkably well! I am now in my third trimester and thank VCRM daily. We never waited long at reception, and every nurse and assistant was kind. Highly recommended!

After trying to conceive naturally for more than a year, my husband and I found Dr. Sharara through a friend's recommendation, and we are very glad we did. The clinic staff were consistently warm and friendly, and scheduling was easy. Dr. Sharara's direct approach was both reassuring and encouraging. He took time to create a clear diagnostic plan and explain every step in detail. We truly believe his guidance played a key role in our natural conception. We are very grateful for his care and highly recommend this clinic.

Dr. Sharara and his team turned what could have been a very unpleasant process into one of my most comfortable experiences as a patient. I came to VCRM with severe endometriosis while trying to conceive, two circumstances that are often difficult to manage together. Before meeting Dr. Sharara, I consulted another popular fertility clinic, but they missed at least two diagnostic tests that Dr. Sharara performed, which helped explain why I could not conceive naturally. Dr. Sharara is highly knowledgeable and tailored my treatment plan to my medical history, age, and test results. He personally performed every test, ultrasound, and procedure, and the same nurse saw me at each visit. I often called with questions or concerns during treatment, and they always responded the same day with helpful answers, never making me feel embarrassed or rude for asking. His team was equally excellent, providing gentle, respectful care and positive encouragement. I completed an IVF cycle last week and am now in early pregnancy, grateful that it took only one cycle. I firmly believe this was due to Dr. Sharara's expertise and personalized treatment plan. I enthusiastically recommend Dr. Sharara and VCRM to anyone seeking exceptional care on their fertility journey.

My husband and I have received treatment at VCRM for a year. We are now 8 weeks pregnant and thrilled! We cannot say enough good things about Dr. Sharara and his team. After the baby is born, we look forward to returning to VCRM.

Dr. Sharara and his team are amazing! Their expert guidance gave us the two most precious gifts of our lives. We consulted three other clinics before finding VCRM, and the experience there was completely different. Every step was memorable, including an initially difficult but very realistic consultation. I am grateful that Dr. Sharara always set reasonable expectations while remaining optimistic and compassionate. We followed all his recommendations and ultimately had two successful pregnancies and two healthy babies! We will always be grateful to this excellent doctor and his team.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the reproductive center and our wonderful doctor! After 5 years of waiting, we finally decided to seek professional help. During the first month, I underwent examinations and all the necessary tests, and the doctor prescribed vitamins and several procedures. Everything was handled professionally, attentively, and with genuine care. In the second month, our long-awaited pregnancy finally happened! Sometimes it only takes one right step toward action—and by the will of Allah, everything happens at the right time. We feel very fortunate to have found such a doctor. We are deeply grateful and happily looking forward to welcoming a new member into our family. Thank you for your dedication, support, and hope! My experience at VCRM changed my life. After three years of trying to conceive, multiple cycles, tests, and procedures, I finally reached the third trimester and am preparing to welcome my little girl. The VCRM team, including the nurses and Dr. Sharara, will always be part of our family. They gave us exceptional care and support throughout the process. I sincerely wish everyone could receive this standard of medical care.

After trying to get testing done at many other clinics with no luck, I went to VCRM for testing for an outside agency and I could not recommend Dr. Sharara and his staff more. They were all very kind and helpful.

My gynecologist recommended that I consult a reproductive endocrinologist. After some research, my husband and I ultimately chose VCRM and Dr. Fady Sharara. Following our consultation with him and interactions with the clinic staff, we decided to trust him to help us begin our fertility journey. Dr. Sharara is extremely knowledgeable and an expert in his field, which reassured me and gave me confidence in him. He conducted a very thorough and detailed diagnostic evaluation and developed the best treatment plan, for which I am very grateful. As someone who also works in healthcare, I greatly appreciated the detailed data they provided. The nurses, Ava and Jessica; the financial coordinator, Trish; and other staff members, including Maggie, were also wonderful. Compared with my brief previous experience at a large fertility clinic, the care at VCRM was exceptionally attentive. I graduated from the clinic this week at eight and a half weeks pregnant. I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Sharara and the entire VCRM team for their guidance, care, and support. I know I was very fortunate to need only one IVF cycle and to have success with the first transfer. Dr. Sharara let me decide when to begin IVF treatment, as I personally did not want to spend much time on artificial insemination, and supported my decisions as long as they were medically appropriate. I highly recommend Dr. Sharara and the entire care team at VCRM!

We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Sharara and his team at VCRM. After a late second-trimester miscarriage, Dr. Sharara performed a comprehensive evaluation to help us investigate the cause and ensure that we were ready for another embryo transfer. I was impressed by everything he evaluated compared with the fertility clinic we had previously attended. His nursing team and the front desk staff were also very warm and friendly and a pleasure to work with.

Every time I visited the clinic, Dr. Fady saw me personally. He is very hands-on and tailors the treatment plan to your situation. After several failed treatments at Shady Grove, I finally had success with him :) He is also highly skilled and kind.

Addendum to my review: Your response is inaccurate. We never asked you or your staff to commit fraud. We simply asked whether the required tests could be completed in one day to avoid repeated appointments and time away from work, as we are both professionals. It is disturbing that a straightforward scheduling request was wrongly characterized as a request for fraud. Your response speaks for itself and reinforces the concerns raised in our review. We stand by our experience. Original review: We came to Dr. Fady Sharara's clinic based on a recommendation from a doctor we trust greatly. Given our shared Lebanese background, we expected an experience grounded in communication, understanding, and mutual respect. From the beginning, Dr. Sharara presented himself with confidence. As professionals, we trusted that this confidence would translate into clear guidance, thoughtful medical care, and a positive patient experience. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. During our visits, we felt rushed and like just another case. Consultations typically lasted only about 10 minutes, with very limited explanation of what was being evaluated, what the results meant, or why certain recommendations were being made. We did not feel we were given enough time or information to understand our condition. On one occasion, the doctor asked us to undergo an intervention in the office without first telling us that it could be painful. There was no meaningful discussion beforehand, no explanation of what to expect, no warning about the degree of discomfort, and no pain relief options or medication offered. We trusted the doctor and proceeded without fully understanding the process. The pain afterward was severe, and I had to go home and rest for the entire day. Undergoing such a painful medical procedure without adequate preparation, informed consent, or basic post-procedure support was deeply upsetting. We made three visits in total to understand our situation and the available treatment options. In our view, the doctor's recommendation seemed to move directly toward IVF without any meaningful discussion of possible intermediate steps, further evaluation, or other approaches that might have helped us make an informed decision. When we contacted the clinic for more information, we were repeatedly told that Dr. Sharara was too busy to speak with us or provide any explanation. This was difficult to understand, especially at a fertility clinic, where communication and patient education should be central. Patients should not be left without a clear understanding of their diagnosis, test results, or treatment plan. When we requested our medical history and test results, we received handwritten documents that were difficult to read and understand. In 2025 and 2026, patients should receive clear, legible medical records and reasonable explanations of their medical information. We called several times seeking answers, but the clinic was either unable or unwilling to provide the answers we needed. Most disappointing was the clinic's overall lack of empathy and respect. Fertility issues are deeply personal and require a major investment of energy and money. Patients should not be treated as just another case moving through an assembly line. They deserve time, transparency, professionalism, and humane communication. I did not post a one-star review because I do not like publicly criticizing others. When professionals provide outstanding service, I would rather write a five-star review. In this case, however, we invested money, time, and energy only to leave feeling heartbroken, lost, and dismissed. My husband and I are both professionals, and we always work according to the principle of respecting patients. Yet this experience showed none of that basic respect. We are now consulting other specialists. In short, we feel that valuable time, energy, and trust were wasted, and the experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Attached is a sample photo of the medical records we received, showing illegible handwriting.

From my first appointment, the entire team made me feel supported, cared for, and valued. Everyone was kind, thoughtful, and professional, and they always took the time to answer my questions and address my concerns. They made what could have been an emotionally difficult journey much easier. Dr. Sharara is an outstanding physician. He is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate, and he patiently explained every step of the treatment process, giving me confidence in my care plan. His expertise, together with the excellent nurses and staff, made me completely confident that I was receiving the best care. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and I always felt fully informed, encouraged, and supported. I highly recommend this clinic. Every member of the team genuinely cares about patients and wants them to achieve the best possible outcomes. I am very grateful for the exceptional care, encouragement, and compassion they gave me throughout my treatment, and I will always remember the positive experience they provided during such an important time in my life.

Words cannot express how wonderful my experience at VCRM has been. From the beginning, I felt supported, cared for, and understood throughout an emotional journey. After struggling with infertility for more than seven years, I truly never thought I would become pregnant. Dr. Fady Sharara changed my life. He gave me hope when I felt hopeless, and I will always be grateful. His expertise, compassion, and dedication made all the difference. I am deeply grateful for the highly effective treatment plan he developed for me, and I sincerely hope he continues helping others like me find success and happiness. Many thanks to his outstanding nurses, Jill and Jessica, who gave me care, patience, and reassurance whenever I needed it most. They were essential to my experience. I also want to thank Maggie and Trisha at reception. No matter how I felt that day, they always greeted me warmly with smiles and made me feel welcome and cared for. This journey was not easy, but having such a supportive team made all the difference. I am immensely grateful to everyone at VCRM for their support and dedication and look forward to the new chapter ahead.

I am sincerely grateful to Dr. Sharara and his entire team. Last week, I successfully 'graduated' from the clinic at 8 weeks pregnant and am deeply thankful for their care. I previously had disappointing treatment at another popular local IVF clinic and felt I had wasted time and money without meaningful progress. Then I found VCRM—I only wish I had found them sooner. Their expertise, attention to detail, and evidence-based approach are second to none, and I believe this is the best clinic in the area. Rather than following a standard protocol, Dr. Sharara ordered comprehensive testing before treatment to identify the root cause of our infertility. He also recommended a detailed supplement list for my husband and me to improve sperm and embryo quality. I followed it carefully and felt we truly achieved success together. I also thank the nursing team, especially Jill and Jessica, who patiently taught me about my medications and supported me throughout treatment. Sincere thanks to Maggie and Trisha at the front desk for warmly welcoming me at every visit. Thanks to Dr. Sharara's expertise and his team's continued support, our results exceeded expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking personalized, scientifically rigorous, and compassionate IVF care.

Dr. Sharara completely changed our lives. Like many patients who seek his help after disappointing fertility treatment elsewhere, we once wondered whether we would ever become parents. Dr. Sharara and his exceptional team turned our doubts into reality! Words cannot express my gratitude—if I could give 10 stars, I would. Fertility treatment is never easy and requires tremendous emotional strength from both patient and doctor. I shared many fears and anxieties with Dr. Sharara and his team. No matter how busy he was, he remained patient, reassuring, encouraging, and confident in me. He quickly identified the root cause of my previous failed transfers and created a completely personalized treatment plan. He always listened and did his best to keep me comfortable. We are now 9 weeks pregnant after our first attempt. I can finally share our story and assure others that Dr. Sharara can truly change your life too. With his remarkable success rate, I am sure he will only get busier, but if you are struggling as I once was, I strongly recommend seeing him!

My husband and I found Dr. Sharara after secondary infertility and two miscarriages. At our first consultation, we hoped he could one day give us the second child we dreamed of, and we immediately felt reassured. Dr. Sharara listened carefully to our fertility history and explained the next steps in detail. He was confident while remaining realistic about the possible outcomes. He was thorough, kind, and compassionate. After testing and one unsuccessful intrauterine insemination (IUI), we moved to in vitro fertilization (IVF). The process was stressful, but Dr. Sharara and his excellent nursing and administrative teams made it much easier. They were always ready to help and even offered warm hugs. Whenever I entered the clinic, they greeted me by name with a smile. I also never waited more than 5 to 10 minutes for an appointment, which reflects their commitment to patients. At VRCM, I never felt like a number, and everyone was highly supportive. I shed a tear or two when I “graduated” from the clinic. I am now 36 weeks pregnant with our baby boy and am so glad I chose VRCM to help our little family grow.

If you want comprehensive testing and professional medical advice, Dr. Fady is a good choice. However, infertility is an extremely sensitive and difficult subject. This doctor did not make me feel safe, heard, understood, or cared for. I felt anxious at every visit. I was moved from room to room and felt he was always rushing. He made me feel as though I was wasting his time. During our final interaction, I asked what tests were needed next. He sighed and said, “We discussed this at the first visit.” Perhaps we did, but that was months earlier. I am not a doctor and cannot be expected to remember every obscure medical term and test detail. As my doctor, he should answer my questions. Perhaps I might have become pregnant if I had continued with him, but not at the cost of my anxiety and mental health. I want to feel comfortable with the process. Even if I do not become pregnant, I would rather accept that than force myself to go somewhere that makes me uncomfortable. If you only want testing and do not care about bedside manner, he may be your first choice. If, like me, you want a kind and caring experience, go elsewhere.

During my husband’s and my five-year fertility journey, Dr. Sharara and his team were truly a breath of fresh air. Words cannot express what they mean to us and what they have now given us. My only regret is not seeing him sooner. We are currently 20 weeks pregnant with our first child after five years of implantation failure and seven failed transfers. After struggling to conceive through in vitro fertilization (IVF) for more than five years, a trusted friend recommended him. I initially received care at other large fertility organizations but quickly realized I was just a number and the level of personalized care was inadequate. Dr. Sharara’s practice was the complete opposite. Everything he did was meticulous, specific, and thoughtful. He created a careful, expert plan that included new endometriosis testing and repeat tests that had previously been missed. He wanted to find the root cause and did so before encouraging me to try another transfer. Dr. S genuinely cares about every patient and their journey. I will always be grateful for his expertise and his team’s warm support throughout treatment. From the beginning, he told us he would not perform another transfer until he confirmed the results and we were ready. He kept that promise, and our first transfer with him resulted in pregnancy. Jill is an excellent nurse, and the front-desk staff are very welcoming. I saw the same staff and doctor at every visit. I strongly recommend that anyone preparing for fertility treatment consult Dr. S and his team first. It may reduce emotional and financial stress from the beginning.

Dr. Sharara is wonderful! He pays close attention to detail and views you as a whole person. We were able to conceive with conservative treatment because he considered my case holistically. His decisions and recommendations were very thoughtful. I highly recommend him to anyone beginning a fertility journey!
