I drove nearly two hours just to collect a report that could have been sent through WhatsApp. I asked whether I needed to pick it up in person, and they said I had to come to the clinic. Very disappointing. I would never recommend them, and the prices are outrageously high.

The environment is clean and very well maintained. Dr. Prakash is an excellent doctor. I was initially uncertain, but he was very attentive, thoughtful, and willing to listen, which immediately reassured me. He is also thorough and experienced. Nurse Ms. Anis was extremely helpful. I contacted her about a medical certificate I had missed, and she resolved the issue almost immediately. She deserves high praise. However, when I called another nurse that day about the certificate I had forgotten and explained that I had a flight that evening, I was told I needed to come in person. In this day and age, this could perhaps be handled more efficiently. I acknowledge that forgetting it was my mistake, but if I had been in town, I certainly would have gone in person.

Thanks to Dr Prakash and all the nurses 🥰 I had a good pregnancy and delivery experience with Metro, especially with Dr Prakash 🙆🏻‍♀️

I had an excellent experience at Metro Klang. My doctor was Dr. Prakash, and I felt relaxed throughout my pregnancy without any stress or unpleasantness. Dr. Prakash is very open-minded and brings positive energy. At every prenatal appointment at Metro Klang, I felt relaxed, without stress or negativity. The nurses were polite and always brought positive energy to patients. During prenatal visits and after delivery, they reassured patients, helping them recover more quickly and maintain a positive mindset. ❤️

The nurses' station was unattended, and I waited here for about 30 minutes.

Poor experience... My questions were not answered professionally. No prices were provided—the advertised price was only RM250, but we ultimately paid nearly RM1000 and felt deceived. The doctor was not gentle during insertion 🥹 It was not very busy, but we waited a long time to pay. The doctor did not explain the report clearly and pressured us to undergo VIF. No appointment is needed, but even with one, the wait is about 1 hour... Finally, we wanted our report, but months passed without them asking us to collect it. They simply kept asking us to repeat the test 😮

Edit: They called and apologized for the delay and everything that happened. I appreciate the attention and explanation. It does not change the fact that my entire day's plans were ruined, but I appreciate that they treated this as constructive criticism and an opportunity to improve, since most places would not. I therefore changed my rating voluntarily because I genuinely appreciate the effort. Thank you again, Metro IVF. —— What is the point of an appointment if it is not honored? My appointment was at 2:30 p.m. I arrived around 2:10 as advised but waited until about 3:30 to register. At 4 p.m., I was still waiting for the doctor to begin the procedure, except by then I was half undressed on the operating table. They might as well have scheduled the appointment for 4 p.m.; our plans were delayed. The nurses and X-ray team were very kind, but my time was wasted and I was very disappointed. Even a government hospital would not do this. Disappointing 💀

We visited Metro IVF Klang for a fertility assessment and were very impressed with Dr. Afida's consultation. Her brief explanation was very informative for us as a TTC couple. As soon as we entered the hospital, a very helpful guide was standing at the entrance. She was polite, soft-spoken, and kind, but I wish she could sit down because standing all day waiting for guests must be tiring. I hope management allows her to sit while waiting for clients/guests. Overall, we were very satisfied and will return 😊 Thank you very much, Metro IVF Klang 🌟

Everything went smoothly! The receptionist, assistant, nurses, and Dr. Prakash were all very kind and helpful during my hysterosalpingogram (HSG).

My treatment experience with Dr. Prakash was very pleasant; he is an excellent doctor. A friend recommended that I consult Dr. Prakash about irregular periods. He is kind, gentle, and efficient. He explains everything clearly so patients understand their health. He is always happy to answer questions and address concerns. My husband and I are very satisfied, and his positive attitude gives patients motivation and hope. This is my honest review; no Metro IVF Klang staff member asked me to write it, and I received no discount for it. Thank you!

Thank God I decided to have my hysterosalpingogram (HSG) with Dr. Afida nearby. The HSG went well and was painless. The staff and doctor were friendly. The important thing is to relax and follow the doctor's instructions. This is the best clinic in Metro, and I hope it brings hope to my husband and me. Thank you.

I am very grateful to Dr. Prakash for serving as my obstetrician throughout my pregnancy and delivery. Patients can speak with him freely and express their concerns. He guided us very well through the issues we were concerned about, which kept us confident throughout the journey. Whenever we needed his support, he was always reachable by phone. The nurses at Metro were always there to help and support us, especially Jeevani and Maria. Thank you to the entire nursing team for caring for me during delivery.

My experience at this fertility clinic, especially with Dr. Gayathri, was very disappointing. Unfortunately, I found her approach lacking in professionalism and empathy. She did not take the time to explain the procedure beforehand, leaving me unprepared and in considerable discomfort. When I said I was in pain, no attempt was made to comfort me or adjust the procedure. Instead of acknowledging my concerns, Dr. Gayathri continued the procedure and left immediately afterward without providing any aftercare instructions or follow-up. As a patient seeking care and support during a challenging time, I was deeply disappointed by the lack of communication, reassurance, and empathy. I strongly encourage the clinic to ensure its staff maintain a higher standard of patient care, particularly in such sensitive and potentially painful situations.

It felt like high-pressure sales tactics.

Do not trust the positive reviews. They only want to get a discount. Appointments are meaningless; you still have to wait like a walk-in patient. I do not mind waiting, but shouldn't you at least have a record for people with appointments? They say one thing on WhatsApp, then know nothing when you arrive. I had to explain everything again and wait a long time while the staff verified it with the staff member I contacted on WhatsApp. I know we still have to wait, but even government appointments in KK have records, weiii. The receptionist and nurses at the counter on the 1st floor were not friendly or helpful at all. The receptionist did not even know anything about the appointment. She kept asking about things that should have been checked in their own WhatsApp and records. A waste of time. I came here with a referral from another clinic for scans and tests because they did not have the equipment. If I had a choice, I would definitely never come here again. Edit: Worst clinic ever. I went yesterday and the staff said the test results would be sent through WhatsApp after 2 hours. I still have not heard from you, and even the WhatsApp message only has one check mark.

The admin and receptionist are very rude. Their name is Lily and Maria. Management should have take wise decision before hire employees for their positions. First they, not listen to me what I am trying to say. They used improper words such as Vaaye moodu. I would like to know from this hospital. Only the passion can talk for them. What if they are suffering in pain, do you still want them to speak with you. I came to your hospital by my fren recommendation. I am regretting now why I came there for an illness. None of staff didn't understand the issue and making up big issues. 1. Management shud appoint them for anger management control 2. Send them for receptionist basic classes 3. Listen first, talk politely whatever client bring up. I want reply from management. If not I bring up this matter in SM. Tq

The front desk staff had a poor attitude, and customer service handled my inquiries very badly, with a great deal of miscommunication. The appointment was scheduled 1-2 weeks in advance, but no one reminded me or told me the doctor would be away that week. Only after I arrived did they find another doctor to examine me. Customer service was unfriendly and seemed unfamiliar with the patient's information in the system. They kept asking pointless questions even though the answers were already in WhatsApp. Please improve the staff's attitude and professionalism. I hope everything improves after this.

Customer service handled my inquiry very poorly, with extensive miscommunication. Worst of all, there is only 1 contact number, making escalation difficult.
