Dr. MICHAEL J. HICKEY, ABD

Dr. Hickey, Hinsdale Center for Reproduction'ın Direktörüdür. Georgetown University'den Psikoloji alanında Bachelor of Arts derecesi aldı ve 1984 yılında Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine'den tıp diplomasını aldı. 1984 ile 1988 arasında Georgetown University Medical Center'a dönerek kadın hastalıkları ve doğum alanında stajını ve ihtisasını tamamladı. Bu dönemde Resident Research Award ödülünü aldı.

1988 ile 1990 arasında University of Southern California Medical Center'da üreme endokrinolojisi ve infertilite yan dal eğitimini tamamladı.

National Society of Reproductive Endocrinology Fellows'ın 1989–1990 dönemi başkanlığını yürüttü. American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology tarafından sertifikalandırılmış olup bu kurulun aktif diplomatı olarak görev yapmaktadır. Ayrıca Society of Laparoscopic Surgeons üyesidir.

Dr. Hickey evlidir ve üç çocuğu vardır. Muayenehanede olmadığı zamanlarda onu çoğu kez yelkenlisinde bulabilirsiniz.

I am extremely frustrated with how things turned out. I really liked the doctor and was so hopeful, but unfortunately some people's egos got in the way of the bigger picture. I do not think they realize they are disrupting people's hopes and dreams. It is terrible when staff ruin everything for patients. They know exactly what I am talking about. I was also told I could not even come in to use the app if my insurance was not accepted there. A year later, I found out they were not in my "plan," sent me a $3,000 bill, and refused to send the insurer any more information explaining why the testing was done. The doctor is great, but the staff are not. Do not go!!

I was fortunate to find HCR. Everyone in the office is an angel sent by God. Dr. Hickey makes sure everything is explained and understood. I became pregnant within the first six months of seeing them.

Dr. Hickey and the entire staff were wonderful to work with during such a stressful time in our lives! We are very grateful that they helped us have another little girl to love.

Dr. Hickey, the nurses and nurse practitioners, and office manager Victoria went above and beyond to make one of the hardest journeys bearable. They are kind, attentive, and value each person and their individual circumstances. They help couples facing infertility make their dreams a reality. We were fortunate to have five children with their medical expertise and care!

Dr. Hickey and the entire HCR team are wonderful! They provide personalized, first-class care to every patient. The whole HCR team takes time to get to know you. Without them and Dr. Hickey's impressive surgical skill in treating my endometriosis, our IVF cycle would not have succeeded. Thank you to the entire team!
