Dr. MICHAEL J. HICKEY, Amerika Serikat

Dr. Hickey adalah Direktur Hinsdale Center for Reproduction. Ia meraih gelar Sarjana Seni Psikologi dari Georgetown University dan memperoleh gelar kedokteran dari Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine pada 1984. Dari 1984 hingga 1988, ia kembali ke Georgetown University Medical Center, tempat ia menyelesaikan magang dan residensi obstetri dan ginekologi. Selama masa ini, ia menerima Resident Research Award.

Dari 1988 hingga 1990, ia menyelesaikan fellowship endokrinologi reproduksi dan infertilitas di University of Southern California Medical Center.

Dr. Hickey menjabat sebagai presiden National Society of Reproductive Endocrinology Fellows untuk masa jabatan 1989–1990. Ia tersertifikasi oleh dan merupakan diplomate aktif American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Ia juga anggota Society of Laparoscopic Surgeons.

Dr. Hickey telah menikah dan memiliki tiga anak. Saat tidak berada di kantor, ia sering berada di perahu layarnya.

I am extremely frustrated with how things turned out. I really liked the doctor and was so hopeful, but unfortunately some people's egos got in the way of the bigger picture. I do not think they realize they are disrupting people's hopes and dreams. It is terrible when staff ruin everything for patients. They know exactly what I am talking about. I was also told I could not even come in to use the app if my insurance was not accepted there. A year later, I found out they were not in my "plan," sent me a $3,000 bill, and refused to send the insurer any more information explaining why the testing was done. The doctor is great, but the staff are not. Do not go!!

I was fortunate to find HCR. Everyone in the office is an angel sent by God. Dr. Hickey makes sure everything is explained and understood. I became pregnant within the first six months of seeing them.

Dr. Hickey, the nurses and nurse practitioners, and office manager Victoria went above and beyond to make one of the hardest journeys bearable. They are kind, attentive, and value each person and their individual circumstances. They help couples facing infertility make their dreams a reality. We were fortunate to have five children with their medical expertise and care!

Dr. Hickey and the entire HCR team are wonderful! They provide personalized, first-class care to every patient. The whole HCR team takes time to get to know you. Without them and Dr. Hickey's impressive surgical skill in treating my endometriosis, our IVF cycle would not have succeeded. Thank you to the entire team!
