Dr MICHAEL J. HICKEY, États-Unis

Le Dr Hickey est directeur du Hinsdale Center for Reproduction. Il a obtenu une licence en psychologie à l'université de Georgetown et son diplôme de médecine à la Stritch School of Medicine de l'université Loyola de Chicago en 1984. De 1984 à 1988, il est retourné au centre médical de l'université de Georgetown, où il a effectué son internat et son résidanat en obstétrique et gynécologie. Durant cette période, il a reçu le prix de recherche des résidents.

De 1988 à 1990, il a effectué un fellowship en endocrinologie de la reproduction et infertilité au centre médical de l'université de Californie du Sud.

Le Dr Hickey a été président de la National Society of Reproductive Endocrinology Fellows pour le mandat 1989–1990. Il est certifié et membre actif de l'American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Il est également membre de la Society of Laparoscopic Surgeons.

Le Dr Hickey est marié et a trois enfants. Lorsqu'il n'est pas au cabinet, on le trouve souvent sur son voilier.

I am extremely frustrated with how things turned out. I really liked the doctor and was so hopeful, but unfortunately some people's egos got in the way of the bigger picture. I do not think they realize they are disrupting people's hopes and dreams. It is terrible when staff ruin everything for patients. They know exactly what I am talking about. I was also told I could not even come in to use the app if my insurance was not accepted there. A year later, I found out they were not in my "plan," sent me a $3,000 bill, and refused to send the insurer any more information explaining why the testing was done. The doctor is great, but the staff are not. Do not go!!

I was fortunate to find HCR. Everyone in the office is an angel sent by God. Dr. Hickey makes sure everything is explained and understood. I became pregnant within the first six months of seeing them.

Dr. Hickey, the nurses and nurse practitioners, and office manager Victoria went above and beyond to make one of the hardest journeys bearable. They are kind, attentive, and value each person and their individual circumstances. They help couples facing infertility make their dreams a reality. We were fortunate to have five children with their medical expertise and care!

Dr. Hickey and the entire HCR team are wonderful! They provide personalized, first-class care to every patient. The whole HCR team takes time to get to know you. Without them and Dr. Hickey's impressive surgical skill in treating my endometriosis, our IVF cycle would not have succeeded. Thank you to the entire team!
