I am extremely disappointed with my experience trying to schedule monitoring at RMA. I am currently undergoing fertility treatment at a clinic in New York and temporarily staying in Houston. My doctor ordered bloodwork and an ultrasound and instructed me to undergo monitoring on Saturday to confirm ovulation. Because fertility treatment is time-sensitive, I called RMA on Thursday to ask whether they could schedule an appointment. The representative took all of my information, asked detailed questions about my situation, and told me the clinical team would review my request and respond as soon as possible. I never received a call. When I contacted RMA myself, the representative who answered was dismissive and told me that RMA does not offer Saturday appointments. I was disappointed not only by the answer, but by the entire process. If a Saturday appointment was never possible, why collect all of my information? Why tell me that the clinical team would review my case and follow up? I should have received a prompt answer, but instead I wasted valuable time waiting for a call that never came and ultimately had to follow up myself. What is most surprising is that this is a fertility clinic. Fertility treatment follows biological timing, not business hours. Ovulation, bloodwork, and monitoring do not occur only from Monday through Friday. Refusing to provide Saturday monitoring, without even clearly disclosing this limitation in advance, creates unnecessary stress for patients who are already emotionally strained and facing time-sensitive treatment. Patients deserve clear communication, timely follow-up, and a full understanding of the urgency involved in fertility care.

I will always be grateful to RMA! Everyone, from the front desk to the doctors, was extremely supportive and kind. Dr. Hurlihy and nurse Dee are wonderful! I also had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Juneau, who was equally kind and approachable. They responded very promptly through the portal and always answered my questions quickly. Every time I entered the clinic, the receptionists recognized me and checked me in immediately! The wait was also always short. Most of the time, my entire visit was completed within 20 minutes! They truly treat every patient as an individual, not just a number. I will always be grateful to them for helping me build my family.

The doctors are caring and highly educated during the brief time you have with them before they are rushed to the next appointment. Not once did I leave an appointment confident about the next step or what the overall journey would involve. The administrative and clinical processes surrounding each appointment were handled by undertrained, disconnected staff, resulting in very poor follow-up, missed steps, incorrect charges, billing problems, long waits in the waiting room, off-putting comments from the front desk, a terrible app experience, and 3/4 weeks to transfer records. Overall, patients are left to advocate for themselves. I did not feel like a patient; I felt like I was merely being herded along.

My husband and I underwent IVF treatment with Dr. Juno and had an excellent experience at RMA. What impressed us most was the clinic's boutique approach to care. I never felt like just another patient. Dr. Juno was warm, kind, and attentive, always answering our questions patiently and making us feel fully supported. The entire RMA team was welcoming, organized, and genuinely invested in our treatment. We are incredibly grateful for our experience and highly recommend RMA to anyone considering fertility treatment.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Herlihy and her incredible team. From our very first appointment until now, we have felt supported, cared for, and genuinely valued at every step of a very difficult journey. We would not be where we are today without Dr. Herlihy!

She supported me tremendously throughout the process, providing information promptly and patiently answering my many questions! The laboratory staff also deserve recognition. They were caring and did everything possible to minimize my discomfort during testing! Most importantly, knowing that I could reach them with one phone call if an urgent or important issue arose gave me great peace of mind. They were warm, professional, and genuine and made what could have been a stressful pregnancy much easier. We even shared plenty of laughs during visits! I highly recommend Dr. Herlihy and her entire medical team! I recently graduated from their clinic, and my husband and I are expecting our baby this fall, all thanks to RMA HTX! 🤍

The RMA team is knowledgeable and kind. They helped my husband and me through our fertility journey. I am sitting beside my precious daughter, who is now 4 weeks old! I sincerely thank RMA. Dr. Herlihy and all the nurses and embryologists changed our lives. In December 2024, while in my 30s and after about 18 months of trying naturally, I found RMA. They quickly arranged testing, including bloodwork, HSG, ultrasound, and genetic testing, and we decided on one IVF cycle. At age 35, my AMH was 1.36, with an antral follicle count of only 4 on the left and 2 on the right, plus a blocked left fallopian tube. I nearly always ovulated on the left, where the egg could not pass. I had my first egg retrieval in May 2025 and my only embryo transfer to date on July 7, 2025, leading to our beautiful daughter! I am very grateful for Dr. Herlihy’s knowledge and expertise. She communicated clearly, set realistic expectations, and thoroughly explained medications and monitoring. She did not offer false hope. We were fortunate: only one egg was retrieved and one embryo transferred, and we are profoundly grateful. We will return next year to transfer another embryo.

Infertility is a difficult road, and RMA is exactly who you want beside you. I struggled for years and sought care at a highly regarded Houston clinic, which I will not name. There, care felt impersonal, and in interactions and treatment I felt like just another patient. I spent tens of thousands of dollars without success. I then chose RMA and am so glad I did. They are outstanding, warm, and caring. The receptionist even remembered my name, which is rare at a clinic. More importantly, their doctors are excellent. My doctor, Dr. Juneau, is an angel. After one IVF cycle, we had many healthy embryos and conceived our daughter, now 9 months old. During the process, Dr. Juneau also found an unrelated health issue that could have become life-threatening if untreated and might otherwise have remained undetected for decades. RMA understands how long and difficult infertility can be. They support you in every way and do all they can to help you succeed. I am so glad I found them. They gave me the world’s most precious gift: my daughter.

We worked with the RMA team for nearly a year, and I cannot praise them enough. From reception and medical assistants to nurses, especially Dr. Juneau and Dr. Herlihy, everyone in the office was wonderful. They were kind, thoughtful, and funny! We are deeply grateful for the team’s support throughout our journey, and transferring back to my regular OB-GYN brought mixed emotions. I sincerely recommend RMA to everyone.

I am incredibly grateful for the care we received at RMA! I was very excited to give this place a shot after reading all the great reviews, unfortunately I haven't received any care. I've spent the last few days trying to get an appointment even drove to the place and no one was able to help. I finally spoke to someone today over the phone and after asking a question I was answered with a rude tone and the girl hung up the phone there was no follow up call which makes me believe she truly did not want to help me. Wish I had a different experience.

Everything was smooth, efficient, and very well coordinated. The clinic itself feels like home: warm, comfortable, and peaceful. Few medical facilities make you feel at ease from the moment you enter, but this clinic truly created that environment. I could not be more grateful to this team. Words cannot express how grateful I am to the RMA Houston team or how fortunate we feel to have had them involved in our treatment. My husband and I had been trying to conceive for several years without success. My OB-GYN referred us to RMA, and the outcome was excellent. We chose Dr. Herlihy, and I liked her from our first appointment. She explained the entire process in great detail and guided us through different treatment options based on test results. This gave me confidence that regardless of certain results, if plan A was not ideal, we would move to plan B or develop plan C. I completely trusted Dr. Herlihy and her team, and now our greatest dream is about to come true. I underwent IUI and am now 20 weeks pregnant, expecting a baby boy. Thank you to Dr. Herlihy and the entire team for their expertise, care, and attention. I recommend RMA Houston to anyone experiencing fertility problems. I assure you that you will leave the clinic informed and with an action plan. If I could, I would give them countless stars. P.S. The clinic is beautiful, and every staff member is very attentive. They always address you by name, are knowledgeable, and make you feel like their top priority.
