European Medical Center didirikan pada 1989 oleh organisasi bantuan medis Prancis Europ Assistance untuk menyediakan layanan medis bagi warga asing di Moskwa. Pada awalnya, pusat ini hanya memiliki beberapa ruang konsultasi dan sejumlah spesialis internasional. Setelah pertumbuhannya dan perubahan kebijakan, rumah sakit swasta internasional pertama di Moskwa dibuka pada 2001. Pada 2004, kemajuan teknologi bedah memungkinkan rumah sakit memperluas layanannya dan merekrut lebih banyak spesialis Eropa. Seiring meningkatnya permintaan dan cakupan layanan, pusat ini membuka empat hingga lima cabang. Kini pusat ini mencakup 65 spesialisasi medis, termasuk IVF. Sekitar 600 dokter EMC berasal dari Eropa, Amerika Serikat, dan Rusia. Rumah sakit umum ini memiliki sembilan dokter IVF serta menawarkan IVF generasi ketiga, bank sperma dan sel telur, serta pemeriksaan PGD.

Departemen Diagnostik Reproduksi dan Pranatal EMC adalah klinik internasional yang didirikan sesuai standar Eropa dan Amerika.

Layanan reproduksi EMC meliputi konsultasi kehamilan, penilaian genetik, teknologi reproduksi berbantuan (ART), induksi ovulasi, inseminasi intrauterin, fertilisasi in vitro (IVF), ICS1, IMS1, assisted hatching, diagnosis genetik praimplantasi (PGD), serta kriopreservasi sel telur, sperma, dan embrio.

The entrance is clean. Shoe covers are not required. Unfortunately, Ms. Merkulova, head of the beauty center on the second floor, does not follow protocol, undermining trust in the clinic. They ignore concerns, especially those involving Ms. Balkanskaya. There is no parking.

Their incompetence is shocking. We went to the Spiridonovka branch in advance, paid for the test, and asked when the AMH results would be ready. We specifically asked whether we could have the test processed on-site at another branch. They confidently replied, “Have it done here, and the result will be ready within one day.” A few days later, after our blood was drawn, we returned and were given a new turnaround time—four days. So they do not offer on-site testing at all. Now waiting three weeks to see the doctor was pointless; do we have to reschedule?! Another important point: the nurse needed three attempts to draw blood. It was extremely painful. Why is such an expensive test performed by an inexperienced nurse?!

The outstanding Dr. Pshenichnov performed my breast surgery, and the results look completely natural. I saw urologist Kuznetsky for E. coli. After visiting other clinics, I now understand that the doctor let a straightforward condition worsen until I nearly required hospitalization, even though I sought care promptly. Next time I will keep every prescription and medical record and take legal action over treatment like this. It was a terrible six months, with severe pain from advanced E. coli. This was urologist Yu. Kuznetsky in 2014. E. coli is almost chronic for many people; I am writing now because I remember it and have other care to compare it with. The doctor still practices, and I have the right to comment. When I complained that diagnosis had taken so long, I was told something like, ‘If you cannot afford frequent visits, do not come to our clinic.’ We see doctors so that an experienced, knowledgeable physician can diagnose us correctly as quickly as possible. I did not want a full head-to-toe workup when two urine tests showed the condition. During the coronavirus period I visited another clinic and saw the difference. Since opening, this clinic has changed completely for the worse. Instead of diagnosing and treating me, the doctor seemed to delay treatment as long as possible while considering absurd alternative diseases. How can a doctor tell a healthy 38-year-old woman that she has dysfunction?
