Their incompetence is shocking. We went to the Spiridonovka branch in advance, paid for the test, and asked when the AMH results would be ready. We specifically asked whether we could have the test processed on-site at another branch. They confidently replied, “Have it done here, and the result will be ready within one day.” A few days later, after our blood was drawn, we returned and were given a new turnaround time—four days. So they do not offer on-site testing at all. Now waiting three weeks to see the doctor was pointless; do we have to reschedule?! Another important point: the nurse needed three attempts to draw blood. It was extremely painful. Why is such an expensive test performed by an inexperienced nurse?!

The doctor still practices, and I have the right to comment. When I complained that diagnosis had taken so long, I was told something like, ‘If you cannot afford frequent visits, do not come to our clinic.’ We see doctors so that an experienced, knowledgeable physician can diagnose us correctly as quickly as possible. I did not want a full head-to-toe workup when two urine tests showed the condition. During the coronavirus period I visited another clinic and saw the difference. Since opening, this clinic has changed completely for the worse. Instead of diagnosing and treating me, the doctor seemed to delay treatment as long as possible while considering absurd alternative diseases.
