European Medical Center fue fundado en 1989 por la organización francesa de asistencia médica Europ Assistance para brindar atención médica a residentes extranjeros en Moscú. Inicialmente contaba solo con algunas salas de consulta y varios especialistas internacionales. Tras su crecimiento y cambios en sus políticas, en 2001 abrió el primer hospital privado internacional de Moscú. En 2004, los avances en tecnología quirúrgica permitieron al hospital ampliar sus servicios y contratar a más especialistas europeos. A medida que crecieron la demanda y el alcance de sus servicios, abrió entre cuatro y cinco sucursales. Actualmente cubre 65 especialidades médicas, incluida la IVF. Sus aproximadamente 600 médicos proceden de Europa, Estados Unidos y Rusia. El hospital general cuenta con nueve médicos de IVF y ofrece IVF de tercera generación, bancos de esperma y óvulos, y pruebas de PGD.

El Departamento de Diagnóstico Reproductivo y Prenatal de EMC es una clínica internacional establecida según los estándares europeos y estadounidenses.

Los servicios reproductivos de EMC incluyen consultas sobre el embarazo, evaluación genética, tecnología de reproducción asistida (ART), inducción de la ovulación, inseminación intrauterina, fecundación in vitro (IVF), ICS1, IMS1, eclosión asistida, diagnóstico genético preimplantacional (PGD) y criopreservación de óvulos, espermatozoides y embriones.

The entrance is clean. Shoe covers are not required. Unfortunately, Ms. Merkulova, head of the beauty center on the second floor, does not follow protocol, undermining trust in the clinic. They ignore concerns, especially those involving Ms. Balkanskaya. There is no parking.

Their incompetence is shocking. We went to the Spiridonovka branch in advance, paid for the test, and asked when the AMH results would be ready. We specifically asked whether we could have the test processed on-site at another branch. They confidently replied, “Have it done here, and the result will be ready within one day.” A few days later, after our blood was drawn, we returned and were given a new turnaround time—four days. So they do not offer on-site testing at all. Now waiting three weeks to see the doctor was pointless; do we have to reschedule?! Another important point: the nurse needed three attempts to draw blood. It was extremely painful. Why is such an expensive test performed by an inexperienced nurse?!

A plastic surgery clinic with highly qualified specialists. My recovery went smoothly, and the compression garment feels very comfortable, which is ideal for me. I can already see that my figure has achieved the result I wanted. I will be able to assess the final result once the postoperative swelling subsides.

The outstanding Dr. Pshenichnov performed my breast surgery, and the results look completely natural. Recovery was easy, and every detail of the recovery process was explained thoroughly, along with recommendations. I saw urologist Kuznetsky for E. coli. After visiting other clinics, I now understand that the doctor let a straightforward condition worsen until I nearly required hospitalization, even though I sought care promptly. Next time I will keep every prescription and medical record and take legal action over treatment like this. It was a terrible six months, with severe pain from advanced E. coli. This was urologist Yu. Kuznetsky in 2014. E. coli is almost chronic for many people; I am writing now because I remember it and have other care to compare it with. The doctor still practices, and I have the right to comment. When I complained that diagnosis had taken so long, I was told something like, ‘If you cannot afford frequent visits, do not come to our clinic.’ We see doctors so that an experienced, knowledgeable physician can diagnose us correctly as quickly as possible. I did not want a full head-to-toe workup when two urine tests showed the condition. During the coronavirus period I visited another clinic and saw the difference. Since opening, this clinic has changed completely for the worse. Instead of diagnosing and treating me, the doctor seemed to delay treatment as long as possible while considering absurd alternative diseases. How can a doctor tell a healthy 38-year-old woman that she has dysfunction?
