L’European Medical Center a été créé en 1989 par l’organisation française d’assistance médicale Europ Assistance afin de fournir des soins médicaux aux résidents étrangers à Moscou. Il ne comptait initialement que quelques salles de consultation et plusieurs spécialistes internationaux. À la suite de sa croissance et de changements de politique, le premier hôpital privé international de Moscou a ouvert en 2001. En 2004, les progrès de la technologie chirurgicale ont permis à l’hôpital d’étendre ses services et de recruter davantage de spécialistes européens. Avec l’augmentation de la demande et de l’étendue de ses services, il a ouvert quatre à cinq succursales. Il couvre désormais 65 spécialités médicales, dont la FIV. Environ 600 médecins de l’EMC viennent d’Europe, des États-Unis et de Russie. L’hôpital général compte neuf médecins spécialisés en FIV et propose la FIV de troisième génération, des banques de sperme et d’ovocytes, ainsi que des tests de PGD.

Le département de diagnostic reproductif et prénatal de l’EMC est une clinique internationale créée selon les normes européennes et américaines.

Les services de reproduction de l’EMC comprennent les consultations de grossesse, l’évaluation génétique, les technologies de reproduction assistée (ART), l’induction de l’ovulation, l’insémination intra-utérine, la fécondation in vitro (FIV), l’ICS1, l’IMS1, l’éclosion assistée, le diagnostic génétique préimplantatoire (PGD) et la cryoconservation d’ovocytes, de spermatozoïdes et d’embryons.

The entrance is clean. Shoe covers are not required. Unfortunately, Ms. Merkulova, head of the beauty center on the second floor, does not follow protocol, undermining trust in the clinic. They ignore concerns, especially those involving Ms. Balkanskaya. There is no parking.

Their incompetence is shocking. We went to the Spiridonovka branch in advance, paid for the test, and asked when the AMH results would be ready. We specifically asked whether we could have the test processed on-site at another branch. They confidently replied, “Have it done here, and the result will be ready within one day.” A few days later, after our blood was drawn, we returned and were given a new turnaround time—four days. So they do not offer on-site testing at all. Now waiting three weeks to see the doctor was pointless; do we have to reschedule?! Another important point: the nurse needed three attempts to draw blood. It was extremely painful. Why is such an expensive test performed by an inexperienced nurse?!

A plastic surgery clinic with highly qualified specialists. My recovery went smoothly, and the compression garment feels very comfortable, which is ideal for me. I can already see that my figure has achieved the result I wanted. I will be able to assess the final result once the postoperative swelling subsides.

The outstanding Dr. Pshenichnov performed my breast surgery, and the results look completely natural. Recovery was easy, and every detail of the recovery process was explained thoroughly, along with recommendations. I saw urologist Kuznetsky for E. coli. After visiting other clinics, I now understand that the doctor let a straightforward condition worsen until I nearly required hospitalization, even though I sought care promptly. Next time I will keep every prescription and medical record and take legal action over treatment like this. It was a terrible six months, with severe pain from advanced E. coli. This was urologist Yu. Kuznetsky in 2014. E. coli is almost chronic for many people; I am writing now because I remember it and have other care to compare it with. The doctor still practices, and I have the right to comment. When I complained that diagnosis had taken so long, I was told something like, ‘If you cannot afford frequent visits, do not come to our clinic.’ We see doctors so that an experienced, knowledgeable physician can diagnose us correctly as quickly as possible. I did not want a full head-to-toe workup when two urine tests showed the condition. During the coronavirus period I visited another clinic and saw the difference. Since opening, this clinic has changed completely for the worse. Instead of diagnosing and treating me, the doctor seemed to delay treatment as long as possible while considering absurd alternative diseases. How can a doctor tell a healthy 38-year-old woman that she has dysfunction?
