European Medical Center được tổ chức hỗ trợ y tế của Pháp Europ Assistance thành lập vào 1989 để cung cấp dịch vụ chăm sóc y tế cho người nước ngoài tại Moscow. Ban đầu, trung tâm chỉ có vài phòng tư vấn và một số chuyên gia quốc tế. Sau khi phát triển và thay đổi chính sách, bệnh viện tư nhân quốc tế đầu tiên của Moscow được mở vào 2001. Vào 2004, những tiến bộ trong công nghệ phẫu thuật cho phép bệnh viện mở rộng dịch vụ và tuyển thêm chuyên gia châu Âu. Khi nhu cầu và phạm vi dịch vụ tăng lên, trung tâm đã mở từ bốn đến năm chi nhánh. Hiện nay, trung tâm cung cấp 65 chuyên khoa y tế, bao gồm IVF. Khoảng 600 bác sĩ của EMC đến từ châu Âu, Hoa Kỳ và Nga. Bệnh viện đa khoa có chín bác sĩ IVF và cung cấp IVF thế hệ thứ ba, ngân hàng tinh trùng và noãn, cùng xét nghiệm PGD.

Khoa Chẩn đoán Sinh sản và Tiền sản của EMC là phòng khám quốc tế được thành lập theo tiêu chuẩn châu Âu và Hoa Kỳ.

Dịch vụ sinh sản của EMC bao gồm tư vấn thai kỳ, đánh giá di truyền, kỹ thuật hỗ trợ sinh sản (ART), kích thích rụng trứng, bơm tinh trùng vào buồng tử cung, thụ tinh trong ống nghiệm (IVF), ICS1, IMS1, hỗ trợ phôi thoát màng, chẩn đoán di truyền tiền làm tổ (PGD) và trữ đông noãn, tinh trùng, phôi.

The entrance is clean. Shoe covers are not required. Unfortunately, Ms. Merkulova, head of the beauty center on the second floor, does not follow protocol, undermining trust in the clinic. They ignore concerns, especially those involving Ms. Balkanskaya. There is no parking.

Their incompetence is shocking. We went to the Spiridonovka branch in advance, paid for the test, and asked when the AMH results would be ready. We specifically asked whether we could have the test processed on-site at another branch. They confidently replied, “Have it done here, and the result will be ready within one day.” A few days later, after our blood was drawn, we returned and were given a new turnaround time—four days. So they do not offer on-site testing at all. Now waiting three weeks to see the doctor was pointless; do we have to reschedule?! Another important point: the nurse needed three attempts to draw blood. It was extremely painful. Why is such an expensive test performed by an inexperienced nurse?!

A plastic surgery clinic with highly qualified specialists. My recovery went smoothly, and the compression garment feels very comfortable, which is ideal for me. I can already see that my figure has achieved the result I wanted. I will be able to assess the final result once the postoperative swelling subsides.

The outstanding Dr. Pshenichnov performed my breast surgery, and the results look completely natural. Recovery was easy, and every detail of the recovery process was explained thoroughly, along with recommendations. I saw urologist Kuznetsky for E. coli. After visiting other clinics, I now understand that the doctor let a straightforward condition worsen until I nearly required hospitalization, even though I sought care promptly. Next time I will keep every prescription and medical record and take legal action over treatment like this. It was a terrible six months, with severe pain from advanced E. coli. This was urologist Yu. Kuznetsky in 2014. E. coli is almost chronic for many people; I am writing now because I remember it and have other care to compare it with. The doctor still practices, and I have the right to comment. When I complained that diagnosis had taken so long, I was told something like, ‘If you cannot afford frequent visits, do not come to our clinic.’ We see doctors so that an experienced, knowledgeable physician can diagnose us correctly as quickly as possible. I did not want a full head-to-toe workup when two urine tests showed the condition. During the coronavirus period I visited another clinic and saw the difference. Since opening, this clinic has changed completely for the worse. Instead of diagnosing and treating me, the doctor seemed to delay treatment as long as possible while considering absurd alternative diseases. How can a doctor tell a healthy 38-year-old woman that she has dysfunction?
